Welcome
We'll begin with cocktails (cash bar). and socializing. President, Harv Self, will present a short business meeting to update you on our activities, and will welcome your questions and suggestions. We also encourage members to volunteer to be a Member at Large and contribute your ideas and suggestions at our monthly Board Meetings for just one year; or, volunteer to become a Member at Large for just one meeting, any month next year, 2012.
Vice President, Chris Chamberlain, will be emailing a Ballot to you. Be sure to return your ballot to Chris; or you can print it out, bring it with you to dinner, and place in Ballot Box when you check in at the Registration Table.
Our Annual Meetings are always fun and gives us each an opportunity to socialize and for you to discuss your ideas and thoughts with your board members.

on the northeast corner of Colorado Boulevard and 35th Avenue
Costs:
SSC will subsidize the cost for those golfing and those attending dinner only.
Your cost for golf and dinner is $55. Your cost for dinner only is $15. Please make checks payable to SSC; mail no later than Wednesday, May 18 to: Phyllis Joslin, 6141 W. Evans Place, Lakewood, CO 80227.
Golf Tournament: Check-In no later than 12:30pm
Shotgun start is at 1:30pm. We will have free range balls, a fun putting contest and other events planned before golf begins. We will send out pairings on Friday, May 20th.
Dinner: Arrive at 6:00pm
Dinner will begin at 6:30pm.

We'll enjoy a great holiday buffet starting with Salad, then Beef Tenderloin, Salmon/Rice Pilaf, Chicken Parmesan with Penne Pasta, grilled veggies, au gratin potatoes, and brownies for dessert!
Since SSC will be subsidizing a portion of your dinner, your cost is just $16.00. Dee will collect money upon arrival. Make checks payable to SSC. Your guests are welcome.
We will be seated in our own area in the east side of the Ballroom where we'll be up close and personal to great entertainment.

The meeting will be brief and to the point and at the same time, we welcome your questions and ideas. A friendly Four Person Scramble (Best Ball). All levels of golfers are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Free range balls, plus a unique putting contest will be held before the shotgun start which begins at 12:30pm. $70 fee includes green fees, cart, range balls, and Rocky Mountain BBQ dinner buffet. SSC will subsidize $15 of each meal, so total cost will be $55/person. Dinner will begin at 5:30pm in the banquet room at the course.

SSC Spring Fling

Location: The Tavern - Tech Center, 5336 DTC Blvd., Greenwood Village (Directions: I-25 to Bellevue, east on DTC Blvd., turn right then left into Village Plaza). Member cost is $20 per person (includes tax and gratuity), payable to: Sports 'n Social Connections.
Time: 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Cocktail Hour (drinks: 2-for-1) 7:00 - 11:00 p.m. Dinner in private dining room
Menu: Our hospitality hostess, Bree, has worked with their chef and provided the following scrumptuous menu choices:
House salad: mixed greens, choice of italian or ranch dressing Entrée choices: 1) chili crusted sea bass over sauteed summer vegetable ribbons in a light wine sauce
2) kobe meatloaf served with mashed potatoes and sweet corn
3) chicken parmesan pan-fried breaded chicken, sicilian marinara, provolone and rigatoni alfredo Dessert: Freshly baked homemade cookie assortment
Includes coffee, iced tea, and soda.
